Our Chapter Committees

Committees are made of a group of members who share the common goal of wanting to improve or continue the strength of a particular chapter focus.   Committees welcome and encourage all interested members; having an active role on a committee is a great way to start your leadership role in your chapter.

Please contact the Chair to learn more.  Your level of involvement is up to you.  The more you put into SGMP the more you will get out of it.  Being a part of the chapter committees allows you to assist in the positive influence we have as a chapter.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee plays a vital role of member retention and recruitment as well as increasing our planner to supplier membership ratio.

With a 60/40 ratio requirement, the Membership Committee looks to our members to assist in new member recruitment efforts.  This committee also works with planner and supplier members to encourage members to bring guests to monthly meetings.  This committee strives to achieve maximum exposure to planners and suppliers for an increased membership base.
